DhanLY maintains a comprehensive breach response plan to be executed in the event of a data security breach.
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting user data, we take immediate action to contain the issue, assess the impact, and notify relevant regulators, lenders, partners, and affected users as required under applicable laws.
We also implement necessary remedial measures to address the cause and prevent recurrence.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we are an ISO 27001 certified organisation and have an information security management system framework in place that ensures:

- Electronic safeguards, including passwords, firewalls, and encryption.
- Secure development procedures and access control systems.
- Our safety and security processes are audited by a third party cyber security audit agency from time to time.
All sensitive personal data is encrypted with the latest security algorithms before transmission. All such data is encrypted at rest. Information transmitted during our Services uses a secure sockets layer (SSL) connection. We store and process all user data only in India.
